Location: Toronto, ON

Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to point of contact for all office operations and liaise with the building landlord.
Ensure on-site meeting spaces are equipped and technically supported, with all AV systems fully operational.
Oversee general upkeep of the office, including inventory of supplies, equipment servicing, and ongoing maintenance.
Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing mail, and host visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Uphold Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and practices in the workplace.
Provide direct support to the Canadian leadership team in scheduling standing meetings, organizing off-sites, and facilitating ad hoc coordination.
Support internal team events and reservations, ensuring thoughtful logistical planning and execution.
Collaborate with global procurement to onboard and manage vendors and suppliers.
Track contract timelines, obtain signatures, and follow through on invoicing and payment workflows.
Maintain lobby visitor logs and digital registries in accordance with compliance requirements.
Lead the onboarding and administrative training of new team members.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office management or administrative coordination, preferably in a corporate or life sciences environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
