Responsibilities as Administrative Clerk (Operations/Planning)
As an administrative clerk within the Operations/Planning department, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
Assisting with the planning of products to be manufactured based on needs and inventory rules.
Entering and creating the reception of raw materials in the management system.
Entering purchase orders into the system.
Entering the sales order into the ERP system.
Follow-ups and inventory tasks.
Answering questions from other departments.
Other tasks related
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience in a similar position.
Bilingualism (English/French).
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong sense of priorities and urgency.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
