Monday-Friday between 8:00AM-5:00 PM (Flexible)
Weekly pay
Salary $21-22$/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities
Receiving, validating and entering orders from a manufacturing company.
Verification of necessary documentation and customer expectations.
Creation of production specifications for the manufacturing of components and planning of the required processes and purchases.
Releasing the documentation for production.
Closing of orders in the system after invoicing and validation of monthly reports.
Support to other departments for the smooth running of the production. All other tasks
Answering the phone at reception when needed
Entering orders in the in house system
Qualifications
Experience in data entry
Experience in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to manage several mandates at the same time
Dynamism, rigor and flexibility at work
Communication and teamwork skills
Bilingual (French and English)
English communication skills will be required for [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a regular basis
