Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases up to date.
Handle filing, scanning, and organizing both digital and physical records.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and administrative paperwork.
Draft, edit, and proofread standard correspondence and internal forms.
Provide overall administrative support to team members as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or certification/diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies (an asset).
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Functionally bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and good time management.
