Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for various mandates and responsibilities, as required by the organization;
Prepare, send, and track invoices related to professional services;
Provide administrative support to the marketing and social media team, as well as to management;
Provide administrative support for special projects;
Transcribe, proofread, and format reports prepared by professional staff, and ensure their delivery to external clients;
Review texts and documents to ensure a high standard of linguistic and grammatical quality;
Attend meetings, take notes, and draft meeting summaries or minutes;
Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to actively support managers and administrative operations.
Qualifications
Good oral and written communication, especially good written French
English requested has to be good because commincation on a daily basis with field experts in Ontario on a regular basis
Experience in a position similar to this one
Diploma of college studies (DEC) in administrative techniques or secretarial work
( an advantage )
Experience in damage insurance a great asset
Mastery of MS Office
Sense of priorities
Autonomous, team player, attention to detail, multitasking, organized
Respect of deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
