Responsibilities
- Match and verify invoices accurately
- File and organize paperwork and documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, payroll processing, and invoice payments
- Support the preparation and update of the employee handbook and procedural documentation
- Provide occasional support to the order desk as needed
- Coordinate and handle courier shipments and deliveries
- Communicate professionally with customers and vendors over the phone and in-person
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all data entry task
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an office environment or as an office coordinator
- Experience working in a small company or family business setting is an asset
- Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable answering phones and greeting customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment
