Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing Support: Gather time sheets, sales records, and expense receipts to prepare, process, and send daily client invoices accurately and on time
Order & Data Management: Input sales orders, purchase orders, work details, and billing adjustments into enterprise software (Microsoft Business Central / MS Dynamics) and Excel spreadsheets
Financial Recordkeeping: Assist with processing payments, managing vendor records, balancing reports, and supporting daily accounting tasks
Front Desk & Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, order office supplies, and manage general office administrative needs
Qualifications
Education: Completion of 1–2 years of post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or as a financial/billing clerk.
Experience in industrial, blue-collar, construction, or trades office environments is considered a strong asset.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel (intermediate functions such as Pivot Tables and data lookups) and Word. Prior experience navigating ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, SAP, or QuickBooks) is required
Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, organized, dependable, and a proactive, approachable personality
