Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for several administrative tasks, including supporting the organization of our various satellite offices and our head office in Montreal. You will also help with the planning of client and internal events.
Advantages
Permanent full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year.
Flexible hours: You can choose your schedule from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 8 a.m.-4 p.m., or 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
100% in-person at our Montreal office.
Benefits: 3 weeks of vacation, comprehensive medical and dental insurance after 3 months, and a group RRSP with employer contribution.
Other benefits: On-site gym with showers and towels provided.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
General administrative support: You'll handle phone calls, manage office supplies, deal with mail and postal accounts, and provide general support to all our offices.
Office coordination: You'll be the point of contact for workspace-related issues and act as a liaison with the building management team (for cleaning, repairs, security, etc.).
Marketing and project support: You'll assist the marketing team with events, obtain quotes for promotional items, and help organize various projects, including client and internal events.
Administrative file management: You'll manage the department's administrative files and upload receipts for the company credit card.
Communications: You'll be in charge of sending out official company communications in both French and English.
Qualifications
Bilingualism is required (French and English, both spoken and written).
Experience in a similar role
Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Interpersonal skills: Resourcefulness, initiative, proactivity, and the ability to work under pressure and in a team.
Organizational skills: Exceptional organizational skills and great autonomy.
