Responsibilities
Warmly greet visitors and manage incoming calls.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal event logistics.
Oversee office inventory and manage relations with external vendors.
Assist the team with drafting, proofreading, and archiving administrative documents.
Ensure the smooth daily operations and maintenance of the office space.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, priority management, and ability to work in a team.
Bilingualism (French and English) is a major asset. (for communication with colleagues and clients based outside of canada)
