Advantages

Responsibilities
-Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including local and international flights, rental cars, and accommodations
-Oversee general office maintenance and ensure the workplace remains clean, safe, and well-functioning
-Collect and forward weekly employee timesheets to Head Office for processing
-Assist estimators with downloading project drawings, contacting vendors and clients, and accessing bidder lists
-Support the purchasing process by requesting quotes, setting up new vendors, and creating purchase requisitions
-Assist project managers with data collection and preparation for project costing and budgeting
-Perform general reception and administrative duties, including answering phones and maintaining inventory of office supplies and stationery
Qualifications
-Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role, preferably within the construction industry
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
