Position: Office Helper – Administrative/Operational Support
Opportunity: Part-time with potential to transition into full-time
Location: Victoria, BC
Pay: $23 per hour
Schedule: Flexible hours (20 hours/week to start)

Overview
This position offers a blend of administrative and operational responsibilities. It begins as a part-time opportunity with approximately 20 hours per week and the potential to increase to 40 hours per week for the right candidate. The role involves both indoor office tasks and outdoor yard duties, with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities
Office Tasks:
• Perform increased computer work, including use of Excel and inventory systems
• Assist with coin counts and administrative support
• Scan documents, take photos, and conduct simple vehicle inspections
• Shred documents and maintain office filing systems
• Maintain and restock the coffee station
• Track and organize supply inventory and breakroom orders
• General cleaning and dusting
• Print and cut grading cards
• Print yard log and inspection sheets
• Replace key fob batteries
• Sort and complete daily audit files and boxes
Yard Tasks:
• Conduct yard walks and safety inspections
• Post signs and inspect fire extinguishers and materials
• Replenish spill kits
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (4–5 times per week)
Qualifications
• Experience with Excel and/or inventory software is an asset
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Background in safety is an asset but not required
• Self-motivated and dependable
