Location: In/Around Cold Lake, AB (local to Cold Lake or surrounding areas preferred)
Compensation: $25.00/hour
Project Duration & Timing: Commencing on June 15th, this contract spans ten continuous days without breaks (starting on a Monday and finishing the following week's Wednesday)
Daily Schedule: Expect to be on-site for 8.5 hours each day, which includes 8 compensated working hours alongside daily transit via our shuttle service.

Responsibilities
Document & Binder Packing: Remove files, folders, and binders from cabinets and shelving units, making sure they are boxed up in the precise sequence they were taken out.
Inventory Labeling: Utilize barcode scanners, attach required labels, and legibly write ID codes on the boxes to keep tracking records highly accurate.
Transport and Loading: Operate dollies and hand carts to transport filled boxes from the facility to the assigned staging zone, and help load them onto moving trucks (absolutely no forklifts or heavy machinery required).
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively alongside a combined team of four Randstad contractors and three core staff members to meet daily project goals across five distinct local sites.
Qualifications
Physical Capability: Must be comfortably able to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing 25 to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Language: Full English proficiency is a must for inventory tracking and safety instructions.
Commute: Must have reliable transportation to get yourself to and from the centralized daily meeting site (located in Cold Lake or approximately 20 minutes outside of town).
Required PPE: Candidates must provide and wear their own steel-toed safety boots.
Pre-Screening Compliance: Successful candidates must pass a 7-panel drug & alcohol test + breathalyzer, a Criminal Record Check (CRC), and sign an NDA.
Pre-Site Orientation: Must be able to complete a mandatory 30-minute online safety orientation 2 days prior to the project start date.
