Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Office Manager managing day-to-day office operations and business administration routines in Winnipeg South.
- Provide executive support to the President and Leadership Team, including travel arrangements (hotel, airfare, rental cars) and expense report processing.
- Coordinate, schedule, and plan executive meetings, draft agendas, take notes, and publish action items.
- Manage reception duties, welcoming visitors at the front desk and answering incoming company phone calls.
- Oversee facilities management and property maintenance, including vendor relationships, weekly walkarounds, and cleaning services.
- Manage office housekeeping, ensuring meeting rooms, break rooms, and shared workspaces are organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Plan and execute company events, social committee activities, employee birthdays, and work anniversaries
Qualifications
- Advanced organizational abilities and precise attention to detail in high-volume business administration environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective professional interactions.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and proactive time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based file management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential, sensitive executive and personnel information with complete discretion.
