The coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, as well as providing support to internal teams.
Advantages
Benefits offered for the Office Operations Coordinator position:
-Salary between $60,000 and $75,000, depending on experience
-Located in Anjou, East End of Montreal
-Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday
-Group insurance plan
-3 weeks off: 2 weeks of vacation + 1 week during the holiday season

Responsibilities
-Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and handling correspondence.
-Coordinate office logistics, including meeting room bookings, office supply inventory, and maintenance requests.
-Provide administrative support to various departments: document preparation, filing, and data entry.
-Assist in the planning and organization of company events and meetings.
-Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.
-Handle all company supply orders.
-Manage building and office-related services.
-Update customer records.
-Book travel arrangements for employees, particularly for the sales team.
-Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail for the company.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree (DEC or Bachelor's) is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Proficiency in Word and Excel, with advanced Excel skills.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems.
Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking.
