- Welcome visitors in a warm, professional, and proactive manner.
- Represent the brand positively and professionally throughout the event.
- Facilitate on-site activations and encourage guest participation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every visitor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of the event.
- Follow all event procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, promotions, hospitality, or event staffing is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Comfortable engaging with the public in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Available to work throughout the duration of the event.
- Bilingualism (English and French)
