In this key dual-focused role, you will bridge technical platform capabilities with end-user delivery. You will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles during the active project implementation phase and seamlessly transition into providing day-to-day operational platform support once the application goes live. This position requires a professional who pairs a solid functional understanding of OneStream financial consolidations and reporting with strong testing execution skills and the client-facing confidence required to guide business users, resolve system issues, and lead UAT support streams.
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with high potential for extension)

Responsibilities
UAT Leadership & Execution: Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities during project rollout, constructing test scripts, organizing validation cycles, and tracking defects to resolution.
Day-to-Day Operational Support: Provide tier-2/3 technical and functional operational support post-go-live, triaging user tickets, diagnosing rule/data anomalies, and ensuring ongoing platform stability.
Client-Facing Advisory: Act as a key technical liaison for finance business partners, providing clear guidance, conducting user walkthroughs, and clarifying system behaviors.
Functional Validation: Perform end-to-end data reconciliation and validation across OneStream Cube Views, dashboards, and reports to ensure strict data accuracy.
Defect Lifecycle Management: Partner closely with core build developers to log, trace, and re-test bug fixes and system enhancements within defined SLAs.
Knowledge Transfer & Documentation: Create operational runbooks, user support guides, and testing artifact repositories to support post-implementation maintenance.
Qualifications
OneStream Functional Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working with the OneStream EPM platform as a Developer, Support Specialist, or Testing Lead.
Testing & QA Leadership: Strong track record of leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, authoring comprehensive test plans, and managing defect lifecycles.
Operational Support Capabilities: Experience providing day-to-day operational or application support in an active production environment post-go-live.
Client-Facing Acuity: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with demonstrated success in customer-facing lead roles.
Financial Literacy: Strong functional grasp of corporate finance workflows, multi-dimensional cube data structures, and financial reporting.
Location Requirement: Must be legally eligible to work and currently residing within Canada.
