Onsite HR Coordinator - Warehouse
We're looking for an Onsite HR Coordinator to join our team and serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters at our busy warehouse facility. You'll be the face of HR, handling everything from new hire onboarding to employee relations and safety reporting.
...
This isn't a desk job. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable being "in the thick of it" on the warehouse floor. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting our team.
Advantages
Direct Impact and Engagement
This role puts you right in the middle of the action, allowing you to have a direct and immediate impact on employees' day-to-day lives. As the primary HR presence on site, you will have a high degree of autonomy and independence. You'll be trusted to manage complex situations, make decisions, and act as a key representative of the company's HR function.
Growth Potential
Working closely with both associates and management gives you a comprehensive understanding of the business. You'll develop a unique skill set that combines HR expertise with operational knowledge, making you a highly valuable asset for future leadership roles within the company or in other organizations.
Responsibilities
Onboarding: Conduct orientations for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and they are prepared for their first day.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for all employee questions, concerns, and needs. This includes handling disciplinary conversations and providing guidance on company policies.
Client & Associate Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with both our clients and our associates, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
Injury Reporting: Manage and report all workplace injuries, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and handling all necessary documentation.
Onsite Surveys: Conduct and analyze onsite surveys to gather feedback from associates, identifying areas for improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Well versed in MS office and ability to adapt to AI tools
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. You must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be comfortable having difficult conversations while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Knowledge of basic HR principles and best practices.
Summary
The hours are 5am - 10 am Monday through Thursday.
Payrate : 23$/hr
