This is a PERMANENT position currently offering a 4-day work week every week (but you are paid for 5!) and benefits after 3 months! Starting out with 3 weeks vacation.       An amazing company in Waterloo is looking to add a machine operator to their winding department! This company makes custom designed transformers and inductors. This is a PERMANENT position currently offering a 4-day work week every week (but you are paid for 5!) and benefits after 3 months! Starting out with 3 weeks vacation. This opportunity is on the day shift. In this role you will be winding heavy coils using magnet wire or copper foil, soldering, verifying paperwork and keep your area tidy. There is some heavy lifting involved as you must be able to lift 50 pounds of magnet wire.
