The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the operational and administrative support functions. The Operations Coordinator takes calls from clients and determines the necessary service logistics, communicates and manages associated workflows, schedules Agents, tracks and reports assignment/project outcomes, and assists internal and external stakeholders in the successful delivery and execution of security-related services.

- $24 per hour
- Weekly pay
-7am-3:30pm
-Opportunity to become permanent for the right individual
Responsibilities
• Assist in creating and fulfilling stock transfer orders
• Assist in creating non-rental fleet purchase requisitions (yard supplies and finished goods inventory)
• Goods receipt and invoice verification with reference to above
• Enter picked quantities into delivery documents (ship and return)
• Verification of goods issued and goods received (shipping and receiving)
• Under the direction of Operations Manager, may be required to source equipment.
• Arrange freight services to facilitate shipping and receiving
• Create material movement transactions (re: assembly, disassembly, repair, damage)
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education preferred, combined with 2-3 years of related working experience or equivalent.
•Health and Safety training is an assest
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Word and Excel
•Knowledge of SAP a definite asset
