The Operations Coordinator will provide direct support to the Operations Manager in the administration and maintenance of our ISO and Health & Safety programs.

Responsibilities
- Help maintain and update documentation, including policies, procedures, reports, and logs.
- Track timelines for the review of documentation to ensure all records are current.
- Contribute to the collection and analysis of data for key performance metrics.
- Prepare materials for meetings and training sessions, such as toolbox talks, awareness presentations, and agendas.
- Document meeting minutes and training records.
- Ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) milestones are completed.
- Assist with a variety of tasks, including Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) meetings, workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Support the development of training and awareness programs related to ISO and Health & Safety.
Qualifications
- Motivated and detail-oriented with a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- An interest or experience in workplace health and safety or in an ISO-certified company is an asset.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and/or the Ontario Health & Safety Act is preferred.
- Internal auditor certification or experience is an asset.
