Your responsibilities
-Supervise a team of 10 Customer Service Representatives (CSR).
-Coordinate order processing from order entry to delivery, in conjunction with logistics, sales and warehouse teams.
-Manage daily operational issues and act as a resource person for the team.
-Maintain daily communication with U.S. teams.
-Produce reports on inventory
-Produce inventory reconciliation, backorder and forecast reports for major customers.
-Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer experience.
-Analyze and track performance indicators using Excel (V search, pivot tables, etc.)
Qualifications
Profile required
Proven experience in team management and operational coordination, ideally in a B2B or distribution environment.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory) and Oracle (a major asset).
Excellent communication skills (French and English required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with rigor and autonomy.
Strong problem-solving, priority management and process optimization skills.
