Contract Duration: 3-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office, located in Ville Saint-Laurent) / Potential for Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $30.00 – $50.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume daily administrative transactions directly within Oracle ERP with speed and accuracy.
- Create, process, and manage inventory transfer transactions from end to end.
- Partner with Distribution Centers (DCs) to gather data and work alongside the Transportation team to support seamless operational workflows.
- Provide internal customer service by communicating effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely task completion.
Qualifications
- Deep Oracle ERP Expertise: Proven, extensive experience navigating Oracle and processing transactions independently (minimal platform training provided).
- Inventory Transfers: Direct experience with inventory transfers, warehousing, or supply chain workflows within an ERP.
- Strong Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and overall comfort with dynamic digital tools.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent precision in data entry and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Adaptability & Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills and strong internal customer service skills.
*You will be required to communicate with English-speaking [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a daily basis.*
