Supervise invoicing, customer accounts, and lead collection activities.
Ensure administrative compliance, including the validation of releases and CCQ or CNESST documents.
Manage maintenance contracts, the vehicle fleet, and equipment inventory.
Collaborate closely with financial management for employee files and dispute analysis.Monitor legal mortgage notices and analyze project contracts.
Qualifications

We are primarily looking for a hands-on person, capable of bringing projects to completion with autonomy:
Significant and relevant experience in the construction industry.
Strong analytical skills, mastery of numbers, and results-oriented mindset.
Organizing leadership and a demonstrated ability to implement and maintain rigorous systems.
Excellent mastery of IT tools, particularly Excel (advanced level) and the Office suite.
Knowledge of Acomba software (construction sector) or an equivalent system.
Understanding of legal issues related to the construction field and impeccable writing skills.
Ability to collaborate with various departments and provide concrete solutions to recurring problems.
