Responsibilities
- Manage and lead production teams, including those in the Richmond Hill office and other satellite locations.
- Direct the assembly, shipping, and receiving processes, as well as the procurement of raw materials, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Developing the plan and establishing procedures for maintaining high standards of kiosk assembly operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve production workflows.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on performance, efficiency, and quality to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and other departments to ensure all products meet stringent quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- You must possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or supervisory role is required.
- You should have at least 7 years of direct experience as a Operations Leader within an electro-mechanical or similar assembly environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing and 5S principles is essential for this strategic leadership position.
- Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse production team.
