This position is based in Québec city and requires some travel in the province of Québec and occasionally elsewhere in Canada and the United States for training. This position includes on call situations support during evening/nights and week-end.
Requirements:
- Work with operations team, customer and management team
- Experience in radiocom or telecom;
- Project management and client service delivery;
- Track costs, budget plans , forecasts and timelines;
- Collaborate to build progress reports and put in place monitoring mechanisms;
- Experience in people management/supervision and reputation for building high-performing teams;
- Ensure continuous improvement of service levels;
- Ensure decisions are made in a timely manner;
- Mastery of the French and English language both orally and in writing;

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to technology and and relevant experience.
A college diploma in a field related to technology with experience is also acceptable
