Responsibilities
Managing regulatory requirements and SLAs; collaborating with technology partners, branches, and the team; ensuring excellent customer service; meeting service level goals; providing subject matter expertise; completing tasks accurately and within established standards; contributing to satisfactory audits; identifying and escalating risks; participating in process improvements; adhering to bank policies and procedures; adapting to change; adopting new processes and technologies; and ensuring due diligence in all transactions.
Qualifications
3+ years of operations experience; regulatory experience; SLA experience; proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel); excellent written and verbal communication skills. Canadian education is a benefit. Branch experience, TD experience (within the last 1-2 years), and contact center experience within financial institutions/banking (6+ months) are considered assets. No job hopping.
