Position: Operations Officer I - AML
Shift: Monday-Friday, flexible hours (EST). Standard 9am-5pm for the first four weeks of training; thereafter, flexible hours between 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm are available. Optional overtime on Saturdays.
Location: Onsite in downtown Toronto Potential for future hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite).

Conducting rapid reviews of data discrepancy alerts to identify and remediate issues.
Reviewing source documents and entering accurate data into reporting systems.
Verifying data accuracy and correcting errors.
Communicating with internal partners to obtain missing data.
Adhering to strict deadlines and handling high volumes of work with precision.
Contributing to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
Complying with internal and external audit and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
1-2+ years of experience in AML operations, data entry/enrichment, regulatory reporting, client onboarding/KYC, and/or payment transaction processing.
Prior corporate/financial industry experience.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education or relevant certifications are considered an asset.
