Responsibilities
Responsibilities include onboarding contractors to projects, fulfilling requests from managers (Level 10-11), managing tasks through system access, building relationships with stakeholders, and monitoring requests end-to-end. This involves email communication, follow-ups, providing information and next steps to end-users. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs. You will also support the timely and accurate completion of business processes, investigate and escalate non-standard activities, and adhere to enterprise frameworks (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, a customer experience mindset, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint). A minimum of 2-4 years of administrative experience is preferred. Experience with SLAs is essential. Previous banking experience or customer service experience is considered an asset. Post-secondary education is highly preferred but not mandatory. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle high volumes of work, and meet deadlines is crucial.
