Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include making outbound calls to financial institutions to obtain client transfer information, updating internal systems (ISM, EIS, and in-house ticketing software), and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of client transfers. This role involves approximately 80% outbound calling and 20% data entry.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
Operations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for when candidates are entering tickets and carrying out data entry duties.
- Professional and interpersonal skills – for making phone calls (phone experience is a strong must have skill required for the role).
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking skills
- High Technical Aptitude
-Strong Excel - need good understanding of using excel spreadsheets (will be using spreadsheets with macros, need to have strong technical skills to be able to pick up on learning macros during training)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Call center experience
- Previous TD wealth experience
- Previous experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing
- Banking experience
- Bilingual – French and English
- Experience with macros are a huge plus
