Responsibilities
- Supporting the estates team in assigning files.
- Triaging, reviewing, and determining next steps for estate files.
- Accurately updating information in spreadsheets and databases.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external partners.
- Meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education.
- 3+ years of experience in a banking environment (TD experience an asset).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with SLAs.
- Experience with estates, wills, and death certificates (preferred).
- Excellent critical thinking and collaboration skills.
