Position: Account Specialist
Shift: Rotating shifts (8:30 – 5:00PM, 10 – 6:30PM, 11:30 – 8:00PM).
Location: Markham, ON L3R 0X1 (Hybrid) 4 days a week in office starting November
Advantages

Responsibilities
• Provide inbound and outbound support to customers.
• Create an exceptional customer experience.
• Navigate multiple systems to locate and update customer information.
• Conduct account reviews to identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Follow procedures for Business Account compliance, including documentation.
• Ensure accurate documentation reflecting client intentions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer service or contact center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and solve problems.
Banking experience and additional language skills (Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, French) are assets.
