Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Management: Go through multiple reports daily, pull necessary reports, and perform manual data processing tasks, including entry and manipulation within advanced Excel.
Operational Support: Execute a broad range of operational support activities and transactions accurately and on time, adhering to established guidelines, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Quality Assurance: Critically analyze large pieces of information, spotting and resolving discrepancies to ensure the highest quality of work and data integrity.
Process Adherence & Improvement: Understand and adhere to all internal and industry regulations; actively review internal processes and provide ideas for operational improvement.
Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with internal partners, responding to requests and escalating non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Experience: 5-7 years of overall professional experience, ideally in an Operations Officer or similar back-office administrative/clerical role.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel experience (mandatory for managing large data sets) and strong proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
Core Competencies: Demonstrated skills in analysis, reporting, data entry, critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Work Ethic: Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high degree of attention to detail.
Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent years of experience in this line of work.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Salesforce.
Background/experience in Banking or Accounting.
Exposure to Project Management.
