Document Processing: Handle incoming mail, including opening, scanning, and electronically saving documents according to established filing protocols.
Operational Support: Execute transactions accurately and on time, adhering to all established guidelines, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Compliance: Maintain knowledge of internal and industry regulations, ensuring all activities comply with operating policies and the Bank Code of Conduct.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team of 10, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adjust and support team members as volumes dictate.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills (Hard & Soft)
Strong Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring accuracy in data entry and processing deliverables.
Excellent Filing Skills: Proven ability to manage and maintain electronic files efficiently.
MS Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel a must.
Written Communication: Strong written skills for creating clear and professional client letters and correspondence.
Positive Attitude & Teamwork: Must be a hard worker, a team player, and possess a positive and flexible approach to work.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Prior experience in back-office operations, preferably within the financial services industry.
Knowledge of stocks, cash products (such as Loans, Deposits, Swaps, and Forwards), or Money Market and FX products is considered an asset.
Education & Experience
College certification is required.
3-5 years of overall experience, preferably in a Trade Processing related or administrative role.
