Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid ) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – up till January – from first of Feb it will move to 4 days a week
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $25.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fixed Shift)

Responsibilities
Data Remediation: Conduct rapid (15–20 minute) reviews of data discrepancy or incompleteness alerts triggered by system risk factors.
Verification & Entry: Read source documents and books of record to enter or correct data in specific fields within reporting systems.
Accuracy Control: Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of customer and transaction data before final entry.
Error Resolution: Locate and correct data entry errors or escalate them to supervisors/partners within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate via email with internal business partners to gather missing information and ensure data completeness.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest operational efficiencies or workflow improvements within the reporting cycle.
Qualifications
Must-Have Hard Skills:
Industry Experience: 1–2 years of experience in EFTR (Electronic Fund Transfer Reporting), AML operations, regulatory reporting, KYC/Client Onboarding, or payment transaction processing.
Financial Background: Previous experience working within a corporate financial or banking environment (international experience is welcomed).
Technical Proficiency: High level of computer literacy; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn complex internal banking systems quickly.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Secondary Education).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional Attention to Detail: Crucial for identifying discrepancies in high-volume data sets.
Self-Driven: Motivated to work in a fast-paced learning environment with minimal supervision.
Communication: Strong written communication skills for professional interaction with internal stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS).
Experience in business writing or formal documentation.
