Operational Support: Execute a broad range of general to specialized transactions and processing activities accurately and within established standards.
Customer Excellence: Positively contribute to customer loyalty by handling inquiries and problems appropriately, utilizing established resolution processes, and escalating when necessary.
Risk & Compliance: Identify areas of risk, follow audit and process guidelines, and ensure all necessary due diligence is performed for every transaction.
Process Improvement: Actively participate in daily touch-points and work distribution; suggest and adopt new technologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Collaboration: Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external partners, maintaining strong professional relationships to meet Service Level Goals.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in banking, bookkeeping, or accounting environments.
Education: Post-secondary education is preferred.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Prior experience in a professional Customer Service environment.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
Exceptional time management and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
A positive, collaborative team-player mindset.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
Background in Real Estate or Law.
Experience in Mortgage funding or familiarization with mortgage terminology.
