Contract Duration: March 2, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (Extension & Conversion potential)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Core Business Hours (Overtime as needed)
Rate: $25/hour

Responsibilities
Account Review & Compliance: Conduct meticulous reviews of small business accounts to identify discrepancies or missing documentation.
Data Remediation: Update customer information in internal systems to ensure files meet strict regulatory and compliance standards.
End-to-End Processing: Follow established procedures for Business Account compliance, ensuring all interactions and changes are documented accurately.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all prepared documentation reflects the true intentions of the business client and adheres to internal policies.
Internal Collaboration: Liaise with internal partners to resolve account issues and maintain a "customer-first" approach to compliance.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in a professional office environment. Experience in Banking or a Contact Center is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience navigating CRM tools.
Communication: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to work through ambiguity and solve business problems efficiently.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) or KYB (Know Your Business) requirements.
Previous experience in a compliance-heavy or regulated environment.
