Rate: $22/hr
Hybrid Model: 4 days per week in-office.
Shift Times: Core shift is 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, but candidates must be flexible to work an 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM shift if required.
Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required; no weekends.

Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Process all cash movement transactions accurately and within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and filed according to privacy and firm regulations.
Problem Solving: Conduct investigations into transaction discrepancies, identify process gaps, and escalate issues when necessary.
Process Improvement: Actively identify opportunities to streamline service delivery and participate in process-related initiatives.
Client Service: Provide professional, courteous service via back-office support and occasional telephone inquiries, ensuring all internal delivery standards are met.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to HR policies, industry codes of conduct, and firm-specific operating practices.
Qualifications
Education: University degree required.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a customer service or high-volume processing environment (banking experience is a plus).
Technical Skills: * Advanced Excel: Must be proficient with complex formulas and pivot tables.
Typing: Minimum speed of 60 WPM.
Computer Literacy: Strong command of MS Office Suite and general tech-savviness.
Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication (written and verbal), high attention to detail, and a "customer-first" mindset.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a repetitive, high-volume environment while remaining flexible to take on various tasks.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Technical Background: Experience with coding, macros, or programming languages (e.g., VBA).
Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of Cash Management and previous experience in a large-scale financial environment.
