Responsibilities
Compliance Review: Perform 100% review of new Small Business Banking accounts and signing authority changes to ensure accuracy and completion of AML/KYC/KYB requirements.
Operational Support: Manage a high-volume queue system, reviewing documents for compliance and processing system inputs via internal email and banking platforms.
Internal Partnership: Provide clear guidance and clarification to internal partners to help resolve identified account deficiencies and improve the overall customer experience.
SLA Management: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding productivity and quality.
Continuous Improvement: Adopt new processes and technology improvements while providing feedback on day-to-day operational activities.
Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years specifically in administrative or Operations Officer roles.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within a financial institution or banking environment is required.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and the ability to learn internal host applications quickly.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong oral/written communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Education: High School Diploma (Post-secondary education is highly preferred).
Preferred:
Experience with banking Host applications.
Familiarity with Small Business Banking documentation and AML/KYC/KYB standards.
