Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Execute and process specialized financial transactions (including Money Market and FX products) accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Analysis & Reporting: Review high volumes of transactions, tracking productivity and ensuring all deliverables meet speed and efficiency standards.
Compliance & Risk: Adhere to internal regulations, enterprise frameworks (including AML and Business Continuity), and the Bank Code of Conduct while handling sensitive customer data with high levels of confidentiality.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to elevate service quality and provide ideas for process improvements to strengthen the operating model.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities, connecting with the appropriate internal partners to ensure resolution.
Qualifications
Education: University undergraduate degree (required). A CPA designation or CSC financial background is highly preferred.
Experience: 5–7 years of overall professional experience. Prior experience in a Trade Processing role—specifically with cash products like Loans, Deposits, Swaps, and Forwards—is a significant asset.
Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (familiarity with macro processes is essential).
Strong command of the full MS Office Suite.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and global platforms.
Soft Skills: * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
High level of business maturity and loyalty.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a close-knit team.
A "go-getter" attitude with a commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
