Term: 6-Month Contract (Potential for extension or conversion)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Potential for OT)

Responsibilities
Account Management: Open new commercial deposit accounts and process change requests for existing accounts (e.g., changes in signing authority).
Documentation: Review, compile, and verify complex legal and supporting documents to ensure they meet banking compliance standards.
Compliance: Strictly adhere to AML, regulatory, and legal requirements to mitigate risk.
Queue Management: Monitor and manage incoming work queues to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and benchmarks are met daily.
Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and maintain clear communication with internal partners via MS Teams to resolve customer problems proactively.
Qualifications
Experience & Education:
High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary education is a strong asset.
Previous experience in an administrative or operations officer role is required.
Typing speed of 60–65 WPM is essential for success in this high-volume environment.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel).
Familiarity with banking host applications or C3 systems is considered a significant asset.
Soft Skills:
Detail-Oriented: Ability to review complex legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
Resilient: Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, "queue-based" system.
Communicator: Strong oral and written communication skills for internal partner engagement.
Self-Starter: Ability to take ownership of tasks and apply operating policies independently.
