This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you will play a key role in maintaining operational effectiveness, ensuring we meet strict Service Level Goals while providing subject matter expertise to both internal and external partners. Work Style: Onsite (First 3 months), transitioning to Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Manage and process a daily list of accounts, determining whether to process or reject based on specific criteria and due diligence.
Operational Support: Support partner relationships and ensure customer enquiries are fulfilled accurately and within established standards.
Risk Management: Identify areas of risk, ensure compliance with Bank Codes of Conduct, and escalate issues through established resolution processes.
Reporting & Documentation: Perform accurate reporting, maintain detailed notes, and contribute to the achievement of satisfactory audits by following process guidelines.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to current workflows and adapt quickly to new technologies or policy changes.
Collaboration: Participate in 15-minute daily touchpoints for work distribution and coordinate effectively with external partners.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Education: Post-secondary degree (Business background preferred; New Grads welcome with relevant internship/academic focus).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a high-processing or high-risk environment (Banking or Trade Processing preferred).
Hard Skills:
Advanced Excel: Must be proficient in managing data and formulas.
Reporting: Ability to perform quantitative and analytical reporting.
Organization: Superior time-management skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload independently.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with external partners.
Soft Skills:
Attention to Detail: Absolute accuracy is crucial for handling sensitive customer data and high-risk transactions.
Agility: A fast learner who can adapt to changing policies and handle high volumes during peak periods.
Problem-Solving: Proactive in asking the right questions and identifying process gaps.
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of Money Market (MM) and Foreign Exchange (FX) products (Spots, Forwards, Deposits, etc.).
Experience with Global and WSS platforms.
