Job Title: Operations Officer II
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (Hybrid: 4 days on-site, 1 day work-from-home)
Position Type: 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime eligible)

Responsibilities
Coordinate with external law firms and asset managers regarding corporate maintenance matters for legal entities holding portfolio investments.
Coordinate the execution of corporate maintenance documents and assist with transaction documents for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
Respond to 3rd-party and internal stakeholder inquiries, conducting follow-ups as required.
Maintain and organize digital and physical files with a robust follow-up system.
Demonstrate a collaborative team attitude while maintaining confidentiality and accountability for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle additional administrative and corporate support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: Post-secondary certification with 2–4 years of strong administrative background.
Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of business and legal terminology.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Communication & Detail: Excellent written/verbal communication skills with high accuracy and precision.
Work Ethic: Strong time management, analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines with a positive, adaptable attitude.
Nice-to-Have Assets
Active Notary Public appointment.
Hands-on experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions.
