Position Type: 4-Month Contract (Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Extension/Conversion Potential)
Pay Rate: $28.47

Responsibilities
Review, validate, and process routine to complex operational and financial transactions accurately and on time.
Maintain strict adherence to established guidelines, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational policies, and regulatory standards.
Track individual productivity and maintain speed and accuracy in high-volume processing tasks.
Manage and protect sensitive customer and business data with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
Identify operational gaps, perform root-cause analysis on non-standard processing issues, and propose process improvements.
Interact professionally with internal team members to resolve operational queries and adjustments within authorized levels.
Comply with enterprise frameworks (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management, and Code of Conduct).
Qualifications
Education: University Undergraduate Degree (Financial background, CPA, or Canadian Securities Course [CSC] preferred).
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within back-office trade processing or banking operations.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, including working with macros).
Familiarity with Outlook and comfort learning new software systems quickly.
Knowledge of Money Market (MM) and Foreign Exchange (FX) products (e.g., Spots, Forwards, Options, Deposits, Loans) is a strong asset.
Prior experience with Global and WSS platforms is a plus.
Core Competencies:
Business Maturity: Strong professional presence, sound judgment, high level of integrity, and ability to handle confidential data.
Detail-Oriented: Superior accuracy, quantitative skills, and high attention to detail in repetitive, volume-heavy tasks.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration.
