Pay Rate: $20.77/hr

Responsibilities
Document Digitization: Prepare physical financial files for scanning by matching them with correct digital customer profiles.
Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately log file identifiers and status updates into spreadsheets using MS Excel.
Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for productivity and quality.
Physical File Handling: Organize and box folders for efficient scanning; this role requires the ability to lift and move boxes and perform repetitive movements.
Compliance: Adhere to enterprise frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity protocols.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the scanning team and internal partners to ensure smooth transitions and timely processing.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
Banking Exposure: Gain direct experience within a major financial institution's business banking operations.
Education: High School Diploma required.
Experience: 0–2 years of overall professional experience.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) with a strong aptitude for data entry.
Physical Ability: Able to work in a physical role involving lifting boxes and repetitive hand/wrist movements.

Industry Knowledge (Asset): A background in compliance, risk, or previous experience with filing is highly desirable.
