As an Operations Officer I, you will provide critical back-office support within the Credit Operations functional area. You will be responsible for validating information and performing adjustments within your assigned authority levels to support internal partners. This role is 100% back-office with no external stakeholder or customer interaction, allowing you to focus on transactional accuracy and meeting strict daily deadlines. You will work within a collaborative 7-person team and receive hands-on training through shadowing experienced colleagues.

Volume Management: Adhere to strict deadlines and handle high volumes of work while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Process Support: Support the post-funding lifecycle by ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed accurately.
Continuous Learning: Participate in weekly coaching sessions to monitor progress and enhance operational skills.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a professional office, corporate, or banking environment. Co-op and Internship experience will be considered.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel and Outlook.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy in a repetitive, data-centric environment.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage a busy workload and meet strict daily deadlines.
Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for internal team coordination.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience within a Banking or Financial Institution.
Previous experience in a corporate office setting.

Stability: A stable employment history is preferred (candidates with multiple short-term contracts under 6 months may be excluded).
