🗓️ Contract: 12 months with a strong possibility of extension
⏰ Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office (Monday & Thursday) in Downtown Toronto.
Future Flexibility: Please note, this role may transition to 4 days/week in-office in 2026 (date to be confirmed).

Responsibilities
As a key member of the client relations team, your primary goal is to promote the business and foster customer loyalty. You will be the main point of contact for banking customers, handling negotiations and ensuring profitability.
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a call centre environment.
- Handle some outbound calls to follow up on assigned tickets and resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to refer clients to internal team members or bank partners.
- Assist with other team tasks as needed in this dynamic role.
Qualifications
- Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing service role.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus!)
- Previous experience in a call centre.
- Knowledge or experience in the banking or financial industry.
