Responsibilities
Locate the correct customer profile in our digital system based on the paper file provided.
Print relevant customer profile information and insert it into the corresponding paper folder.
Accurately log customer details for tracking, including file identifiers and preparation status.
Organize and box folders for efficient scanning, ensuring all materials are complete.
Complete assigned workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
Prioritize and manage own workload to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements for service and productivity
Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
Coordinate with the scanning team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing.
Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes
Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate
Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to operations activities for own area (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management)
Keep others informed and up-to-date about all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities
Works within well-defined guidelines, accountable for completing routine transactions or repetitive processes within standardized framework
Qualifications
Must haves:
1. Time management skills, Strong attention to detail, Strong organizational skills
2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
3. Able to work a physical role – lifting and moving boxes, repetitive hand/wrist movement
4. MS suites – outlook, excel (filling out cells)
5. Data Entry Experience – completing spreadsheets with accuracy
6. Previous work with SLAs
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
1. Previous filing experience
