Work Location: Currently Remote. Starting January 2026, this position will transition to Hybrid (4 days per week in office) at Mississauga, ON.
Schedule: Fixed Mon-Fri schedule, generally 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (subject to change within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM range).
This is a 100% back-office operations role focused on data governance and transaction processing. The core daily responsibility is receiving, reading, and extracting information from documents (often related to government/provincial agencies), performing data entry into internal databases, and sending the fetched information back to partners in a timely manner. This high-volume work requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure.

Data Entry and Processing: Perform general and specialized transactions and processing activities, including accurately reading complex documents and performing high-volume data entry into databases.

Information Fulfillment: Respond to internal and external partners (including government agencies) by fetching required information and sending it back promptly and effectively.
Risk and Compliance: Understand and apply internal and industry regulations, supporting the timely and accurate completion of business processes, and escalating non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate.
Systems Utilization: Demonstrate technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and utilize internal systems to support operational tasks.
Continuous Improvement: Actively review internal processes/activities and contribute ideas for process enhancement and elevation of service quality.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience: 2–4 years of overall professional experience, including 1+ years of experience in the banking/financial industry.
Operational Skills: Strong Data Entry skills, comfort with repetitive tasks, and proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to adhere to strict deadlines and meet SLAs in past experiences.
Technical Savvy: Highly tech savvy and able to quickly pick up on and utilize internal banking systems.
Education: Post-secondary degree, preferably in Administration or an Investment-related field.
Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Background/Education in Finance or Investment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with specific experience in Excel being an asset.
