As an Operations Officer, you will manage a broad range of operational activities to ensure business objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. You will handle general to specialized transactions, ensuring that all processing is conducted accurately and within established standards. This role requires a high degree of "can-do" attitude, a willingness to learn complex platforms, and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling high volumes of work.

Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Execute general and specialized transactions within the Wealth Management functional area, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to due diligence standards.
SLA Management: Prioritize and manage your individual workload to meet strict Service Level Goals and productivity targets.
Compliance & Audit: Adhere to internal bank/service centre operating policies, industry regulations, and audit guidelines; identify and escalate areas of risk as necessary.
Partner Support: Contribute to the overall customer experience by fulfilling processing requests and enquiries from internal and external partners promptly and effectively.
Process Improvement: Actively participate in daily touch points, suggesting and participating in process improvements and technology adoptions to increase operational efficiency.
Issue Resolution: Handle partner problems appropriately by utilizing established resolution processes and escalating complex issues to the Team Manager when required.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an operations or administrative role. (Please note: this is an entry-level role; candidates with more than 5 years of experience may be considered overqualified).
High-Volume Proficiency: Proven ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle high volumes of work while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, with mandatory proficiency in Excel. Ability to learn new software programs and platforms quickly.
SLA Experience: Previous experience working within a Service Level Agreement (SLA) environment.
Core Competencies: Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with the flexibility to adapt to changing policies and procedures.
Education: Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience working within a major financial institution (1–4 years).
Familiarity with Global and WSS platforms.
Basic understanding of Money Market (MM) and Foreign Exchange (FX) products (e.g., deposits, loans, forwards).
