As an Operations Officer II, you will be responsible for executing financial transactions accurately and on time while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will handle various RIF-related tasks, such as processing New Account Application Form (NAAF) updates and LIF maximum amount calculations. This role requires high technical comfort with Excel-based tools and the ability to work collaboratively within a team of 11 members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Transaction Processing & Operational Support
Accurate Execution: Perform general to specialized transactions, including RIF basic manual requests and NAAF update requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Calculations: Conduct precise LIF maximum amount calculations and other financial data adjustments.
SLA Adherence: Prioritize and manage your workload to meet productivity and quality targets within defined Service Level Agreements.
Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate processing or operational issues based on a solid understanding of the underlying cause, connecting with partners to facilitate resolution.
Relationship Management & Quality Control
Stakeholder Support: Support internal partners with incoming transactions, validating information, and performing adjustments within your authority levels.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Documentation: Ensure all data entry and documentation are accurate and reflect current regulatory and internal guidelines.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to confidently run and manage EUCs (Excel-based macros).
Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in an operations or administrative role. (Recent graduates with strong co-op or internship experience are encouraged to apply).
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
Adaptability: A quick learner who takes initiative and can adapt to changing workloads and procedures.
Soft Skills: Exceptional team-player attitude and strong time-management skills.
Education: A University degree is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience within a banking or financial institution.
Knowledge of Retirement Income Fund (RIF) products.
Familiarity with IBM/Kyndryl systems.
